Our services are priced to make them affordable. The cost of our home care service is based on the number of hours the client needs per day or per week.

We offer both hourly and flat-rate payment options. We accept Medicaid and private payer clients.

    Yes. We are approved to offer services to clients holding insurance plans such as Anthem HealthKeepers Plus, Virginia Premier and Optima Health Medicaid plans.
  • How can I initiate a service request?
    You initiate a service request by calling us at 703-554-3130 or emailing us at info@dmvhomecare.com or submitting an Online Request Form to schedule an assessment appointment. We will come to your home to discuss your care needs, analyze all aspects impacting your care plan, answer your questions, and develop a care plan specific to your needs.
  • What does your Respite Care Program cover?
    Our Respite Care Program is designed to help family caregivers to disengage for a few hours or a few days to run errands, take a vacation, travel out of town, or simply take a deserved rest.
  • How long do I wait before I can start receiving services?
    Normally, we initiate the assessment process within 24 hours after you conduct us. In cases of emergency such as late-day discharge from a hospital or a rehabilitation center, we can expedite and provide the required service the same day.
  • Can I change my care schedule?
    Yes, if you give us enough notice (at least a week), we will reschedule.
  • Do you offer care services for elderly people living in assisted living facilities?
    Yes, we do.
  • Do you offer Rehabilitative Care Services?
    Yes, we can help during a recovery or a rehabilitation process.
